We are working as quickly as possible to serve you! If you have purchased your Aerwal within 60 days of May 1st, 2018 we cannot guarantee that you will receive it within one week, however, if we cannot ship within 1 week we will notify you as soon as possible.
We are committed to your satisfaction.
We guarantee you will be satisfied with our products or we will exchange it for another product or give you your money back!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of the date of purchase on any purchase made on our website or from one of our affiliates, you may exchange or return the product.
For purchases made through our custom design service please provide the address and point of contact for your location.
Aerwal provides a money-back guarantee within 30 days of purchase for those customers who send us an email within 30 days of purchase. Note: Aerwal and Thrive Landscape and Design, LLC are no able to accept plant returns under any circumstances.
If you are one of these customers and are not satisfied with one of our products, we are sorry to hear this and hope you can give us enough information to improve our products to satisfy everyone.
To return or exchange your product:
- Attest to our 3 policy points
Complete and submit the following information:
Your first and last name, your shipping address, your email address, your phone number, the product type that you are wanting to return.
Once accepted, receive our response in your email
Return the product along with:
- The Product
- The Purchase Receipt (proof of purchase)
- Any additional information on the reason for wanting to return/exchange the product
- Once accepted by us and verified we will refund/exchange your purchase.
- Note: Shipping costs are not included in the refunded amount. You will be refunded the amount of the product purchase.
